From Pop-Ups to Pour-Overs: Here’s What’s Brewing This Month ☕

Hey you—yeah, the one wondering if 1:15 is a solid brew ratio. (Hint: maybe.)
We’re back with your monthly update from After Hours Coffee, your favourite laidback micro-roastery. April’s been packed, so here’s what’s gone down:

📍 Pop-Ups & Market Mayhem

We just wrapped up a lovely little weekend market with our friends at The Chapters! No brewed coffee (licensing rules, sigh), but we served pour-over samples and good vibes.

The highlight? We sold a bunch of retail bags (especially our mini 100g packs) and had so many great convos with home brewers. Definitely doing more of these soon—keep your eyes on our IG for the next one.

☕ Say Hello to Subscriptions

It’s official—we’ve launched our After Hours Coffee Subscription!
Here’s the deal:

  • 200g rotating core coffees
  • Espresso or filter roast, your call
  • Free delivery, always
  • Up to 20% off for your first 3 months

Perfect for those who forget to restock and end up panic-brewing with sad beans.

🔐 The Vault Is Now Open

We’ve launched After Hours Vault—our signature series featuring premium, limited drops.
First up: the El Diviso Pack, with two stunning varietals from the same Colombian farm.

Sidra vs Bourbon Aji
Same farm. Same process. Totally different flavour expression.
If you’ve ever argued over “notes of white florals” vs “honeyed peach” with your coffee pals, this one’s for you.

Newsletter subscribers got first dibs, but it's now available online. You might want to be quick.

🔮 What’s Next?

  • More markets
  • More coffee
  • Maybe a workshop or two 👀

We’re keeping it small-batch, roast-to-order, and 100% approachable. Because home brewers deserve better.
