We started After Hours Coffee to bridge the weird gap between pro baristas and home brewers.

We’ have worked behind the bar, trained champs, and built cafes—but at the end of the day, we just want more people to enjoy better coffee at home. Whether you’re figuring out your first V60, chasing a better shot on your espresso machine, or buying a gift for your most caffeine-obsessed friend—we’re here for it.

Meet JL

Hailing from Singapore and returning home after a successful 5-year coffee journey in Melbourne, Jiun Loong's got some serious coffee cred up his sleeve. Picture this: It's 2019, and Jiun Loong was crowned the Singapore Barista Champion. cue confetti explosion.

A decade of bean-brewing brilliance? Check. That's right folks, while some of us were figuring out how to adult, JL was mastering the perfect brew.

He isn't just content with making a mean cuppa - he has a PhD in FlavorTown (ok, we made that up). Is it an obsession? Is it a superpower? Who knows! But if you're looking for a caffeinated flavour adventure back in the Lion City, JL's your guy!
