Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within Singapore. Our delivery service covers all regions across the island, including Jurong, Woodlands, Tampines, and Sentosa.
If you're looking to have our beans delivered to you internationally, shoot us a DM on Instagram and we'll try our very best to work something out!
Shipping policy
Standard Shipping
We offer standard tracked shipping via Shippit (Teleport) for all domestic orders.
Orders below $50: Flat rate of $5
Orders over $50: FREE
The estimated delivery timings are provided by the respective couriers and we are unable to guarantee against any potential shipping delays. For local courier shipping service, the packages should be delivered within 1-3 working days from courier pick up date.
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
We seek to have your order roasted, packed and racing to you within 1-3 business days. All shipments come with tracking, so you can stalk your beans like we stalk the perfect roast.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Exchange/refund policy
We're as serious about quality as a cat is about naps - and have quality control protocols in place. However, if your taste buds are doing the cha-cha instead of the happy dance, don't fret! We've got your back faster than you can say "extra shot, please." Pop over to our contact page or slide into our DMs to discuss a refund or exchange.
Please note, requests for returns must be raised with us within 14 days of shipment date, subject to proof of purchase date and price. It will take up to 5 business days to process.

Can I change an item from my order?
Don't worry, we've all been there – sometimes our fingers are faster than our brains. If your order hasn't left our roastery yet, we can absolutely help you out. Drop us a line ASAP via our contact page or DMs.

What does "roasted to order" mean?
Our beans? They're the stuff of legends – fresher than your midnight brainwaves and roasted on-demand by our very own coffee sorcerer (you might know him as a barista champion, but we prefer "wizard"). This leaves you with the freshest and most flavourful coffee.
How should I store my coffee beans?
We recommend consuming our coffee within 2–4 weeks from roast date, If you plan on storing your coffee for longer than the recommended period, we suggest storing it in an air-tight container away from sunlight or in the freezer.
