- Water Temperature: 92°C
- 20 seconds interval between pours.
- First two pours: Slowly pour in circles, adding 40g of water each time.
- Last two pours: Pour faster, straight into the centre, adding 50g of water each time.

- Boil water (let it sit 1-2 minute after boil).
*In between each pour, let it drain until you see the coffee bed at the bottom.
- First two pours: Pour hot water until the coffee grounds reaches the middle of the bag.
- Last two pours: Pour fast at the centre until it’s 1-2 cm from the top of the bag.
Enjoy your coffee! If it’s too strong, add more water to your cup. If it’s too weak, pour less water next time. Simple!
