This coffee comes straight from Finca La Divisa in the Quindío region, where Sebastian Gomez and his family have been refining their craft since 1995. Sebastian, inspired by global specialty coffee trends, returned to Colombia in 2014 to push the boundaries of quality and innovation—growing standout varietals like Pink Bourbon and Geisha.
How It’s Made
Grown at high altitude (1700-1800 MASL), these Pink Bourbon cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness. They undergo 30 hours of underwater fermentation, then get de-pulped, washed, and dried with precision to lock in their vibrant flavours.
